Raynard von Hahn is the principal of Genesis Law Corporation.  Mr. von Hahn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1993. His practice focuses primarily on corporate finance and securities law matters. He has been involved in numerous financings, exchange listings, restructurings, workouts and turnarounds. His clients are involved in a wide range of endeavours and are located in Canada, the United States and overseas. He advises them on matters such as public and private financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, stock options, corporate governance issues, and corporate restructurings. Mr. von Hahn uses an entrepreneurial, company-oriented focus in dealing with legal and business issues. His objective is to identify and develop creative solutions that enable clients to realize their goals.
